The Studio Deluxe ranges in size & open or partitioned layout. We can notate preference, however specific room numbers are based on availability & cannot always be guaranteed. Apart from the standard amenities, including coffee maker, mini-fridge, ironing board and hairdryer, each room also comes fully equipped with individual climate control, warm oak hardwood floors, iPhone Docs, and most rooms contain elegant Italian marble bathrooms with rainfall shower heads as well as a 43” flat screen TV with premium cable so you are never too far from your favorite television series. For those who wish to cook for themselves, each Studio Deluxe contains a modern kitchen stocked with silverware, a microwave, pots, pans, dishes, and everything else required to create your very own in-house meal. The cook never cleans at the Franklin Guesthouse, as these suites all contain dishwashers as well. Guest access Guests enjoy unrestricted access throughout the hotel. After exploring Brooklyn and Manhattan, hotel guests may choose to relax and unwind in our sauna, or burn some extra calories in our full service gym, comprising of brand new cardio and weight lifting equipment. For those on business, or just in need of a computer, there is unlimited 24/7 access to iMac computers in our Business Center. Our guest service agents are available at any hour, day or night. Cleaning and disinfecting: We are committed to an enhanced and more frequent cleaning protocol in guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house areas. Protective safety gear: We require and recommend that all guests and employees wear masks at all times in public areas for the safety of everyone and advise guests to stay home if they are not feeling well or run a fever. Check in and out: Cleaning and disinfecting of the room key card will happen with every check in, and we will provide a drop off key disposal for a touchless experience. Room service: Your Room is Your Room. If your stay is less than 3 days, no hotel personnel will enter your room during your stay unless you request for us to do so.
