The villa is spread over three spacious floors: Ground floor (100 m²): Here you will find a cozy living room, a dining room, a TV room, a fully equipped kitchen and a toilet. First floor (99 m²): It has 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one of them en suite in the master bedroom). Second floor (89 m²): It has 2 bedrooms and 2 additional bathrooms. An additional full bathroom is located in the basement. In total, the villa offers 4 bedrooms: 3 with two single beds of 90x190 cm and 1 with a double bed of 150x190 cm. Equipped Kitchen: With top-of-the-line appliances, including a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, induction hob, toaster, and all the necessary utensils. Check-out before 11:00 am. House Rules: Respect the rules of coexistence such as avoiding excessive noise, especially at night. Treat the facilities as your home.
