Room is light and airy, situated upstairs, sleeps 2, one king size bed, shared toilet & bathroom. Kitchen available for breakfast ONLY, (help yourself to cereals/toast/tea/coffee) - parking space guaranteed in private off road lane. Wifi, bedding and towels included. 20 mins walk to Falmouth town centre & Penmere train station - 5 mins car drive / 40 mins walk to Penryn university campus - 5 mins car drive / 40 mins walk to the local beaches: Gyllyngvase, Swanpool. 5 mins walk to local wood. The space The house main door is accessed via 5 steps with a handrail and the bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. No drugs or alcohol brought to the house. Guest access bedroom - shared bathroom During your stay Vic & Greg are out and about and can be available to meet you. Other things to note We are a working family of four including our early morning talkative cat (our furry alarm clock) :o) We welcome short stay guests. The house is situated in a private, quiet lane. Vic is a facilitator & educator.
