City center apartment, 2 adults and 1 child, 5 km from the sea

We are located in the town centre and very close to the main square, and also 10 mn drive from the sea. The flat is on the first floor, stairs access. Regarding the beds, we have one double one upstaires and a sofa (1,5person). We highlight we don't accept animals. No fees for the cleaning so you are supposed to clen beafore leaving . The space Flat in the town centre and only 5 kms from the sea. Flat for 2 adults + 1 kid or teen or 2 young children maximum. 3 bikes available (2 adults + 1 child). If you bring yours, there is a yard to park them but no locked garage. The flat is next to our house with no garden but there is a park for your kids in the centre.
