The flat is in a development of holiday homes which is very quiet and has a pool The space Hello, our flat (measuring 60m²) is on the second and top floor of a Landaise house. Entrance to our home is via a separate staircase. We have a living room measuring 26m² with a well equipped kitchenette. The living area opens on to the balcony (10m²). It is a south west facing property where the sunsets in the summer are spectacular. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed. The flat has 2 bedrooms measuring approx 9m² each with a large cupboard. A third room of the same size is used as a smaller living room and also has a cupboard and sofa bed. There is a bathroom with separate toilet. Finally, next to the little living room is a shower room.
