A bohemian haven in the heart of the island, with a private pool and tennis court. Easy access to amenities, clubs and nightlife, including a short walk to UNVRS, but remote enough to be always peaceful and relaxing. Close to the village of Sant Rafel, with bars, restaurants, bakery, supermarkets, pharmacy, gift shops. Ibiza town, San Antonio, the south and west beaches are 15 minutes drive; island bus service is close by. Good for couples, business travellers, families, and small groups. The space The villa is bright and airy with an open plan living space. On sunny days there is sun all day in different areas of the garden, and as well as the private pool and tennis court, there are terraces on which to lie in the sun or eat and chill in the shade. The host will not be staying at the house during bookings, and the third bedroom, which is reserved for family, will unoccupied and unaccessible. Although the property is walking distance to UNVRS, there is no disturbance from the club - noise or people/patrons of the club - as we are up a track away from the main road and the venue.
