We have lovingly renovated a 1927 detached 4 bedroom house in Surbiton, a stone's throw from the station but on the quiet side. In Zone 6, with a fast train into London Waterloo (18 minutes) We have finished the house to a luxury standard and have everything you should need for the family. We have hosted on Airbnb for the past 7 years, with families and groups giving consistently great feedback. spacious accommodation. This is our home, but we would like you to make it yours during your stay. The space The house is large and finished to a high spec, including: - Kitchen with large american fridge/freezer, dishwasher, induction cooking with stone floor and underfloor heating. - Dining area with large table for 8 (2 trip trap chairs) - Living room with comfortable seating for 7 and a 5 panel bi-folding door that opens fully to bring the outside in. There is a Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon prime TV. Electric piano. - 4 Bedrooms are all carpeted and bathrooms have underfloor heating. - Master bedroom has a king (US Queen) bed, smart TV, set of drawers, and an ensuite. A clothes rail will be available, as well as drawers. - Master ensuite bathroom has a boutique hotel feel, with luxurious freestanding bathtub, a large walk-in shower, double vanity and lovely chandelier. - Second bedroom upstairs is our daughter's room, overlooking the garden. There is a single bed and single roll out trundle. We have a cabinet for clothing storage. - Third bedroom is our son's room, with a single bed shaped like a house. Although perfect for a child, the bed can accommodate an adult as it is a standard single size with memory foam mattress. There is a set of drawers for you to use. - Family bathroom is upstairs and has a shower over bath with rain shower. - Fourth bedroom downstairs has a double bed, drawers, closet and ensuite with toilet/basin. - The garden is mature and green, with a decking area. We have a large table with seating for 8 to 10, a large cantilever parasol for the sunny days and a Weber BBQ. - We have lots of toys for young children inside and out, including a wooden swingset with slide and monkey bars, trampoline, little playhouse. A few balls and bits to play with. - We have space for parking 1 car in the driveway, or 2 small cars. There is pay by the hour parking on the street if needed, and we can arrange some permits if you need longer than 6 hours at a time. We have listed as an option for up to 7 people to accommodate those with children. Please message us with details of your group if you have more than 6. Guest access We want you to feel at home. The only areas we would ask for you to avoid is our master bedroom walk in wardrobe off the ensuite, as well as the loft space upstairs. Other things to note We have 2 siberian forest cats, but they will be in boarding during your stay
