Safe area in Zone 1. 5mins walk from Regent’s Canal +waterside restaurants. 6mins Angel tube. 10 mins drive/bus to Shoreditch/ Kings X, 20 mins to Camden/ Soho Lockable double room, ensuite private shower & sink, drawers & wardrobe, desk. Exercise bike TV+ chromecast. V Fast WIFI: >300Mb/sec Self check-in via key code. On own floor, guest WC & shared kitchen next door - fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, toasters, blender, dishwasher, washer/dryer, iron 24h gym + yoga facilities nearby. The space Split apartment. Quite private as on its own separate floor. Own shower & sink facilities. I live in the basement and I often don't see flat mates much as the only shared area is the kitchen which I use very little, and room has it's own ensuite bathroom etc... But I'm happy to help recommend the best of London, etc! Angel tube is a short walk. Buses stop right outside which is very handy. There is a huge public bicycle stand opposite too. Guest access Access to all facilities on ground floor: Super fast WIFI. Kitchen facilities include: dishwasher, clothes washer / dryer, dishwasher, fridge & microwave. Downstairs basement is out of bounds, please. During your stay Only shared area is the kitchen, which I use very little. I live in the basement downstairs, so I often don't even see my guests. But I'm happy to help and recommend the best of London etc! Other things to note The main road is adjacent, so extremely light sleepers need to note. Anyone familiar with living in a city will be used to this and I don't even notice it. It's busy, but not noisy traffic. No one has raised this as an issue to date, but I can provide earplugs if needed. It’s no louder than the sea would be beachside.
