Built in the 16th century on the banks of the Loire, the Manoir de Thiot and its guest house stand in a peaceful and green country setting. Just minutes from Nevers, the 3 ha estate is a beautiful vestige of a part of Burgundian history that we took care to restore in 2020. It is decorated with a large heated pool from the end of April to the beginning of October (if night temperatures exceed 10°), as well as a beautiful garden. The space The main house; The Manor is the main residence of the estate. Flanked by the pool, it enjoys views of the estate and wooded surroundings. It offers 4 bedrooms including: > 1 master suite, > 2 bedrooms, one with separate or double beds, > 1 dormitory with 3 single beds and a mattress (just in case), ideal for accommodating children. Guests can also enjoy the dining room, living room and kitchen, both of which open onto the garden, the terrace under the rose garden and the heated pool. The "guest house"; Located at the entrance to the property, on your right, this charming period outbuilding has been transformed into a "guest house" and can accommodate up to six additional people, including four children. In addition to a large living room/kitchen area, it includes a beautiful master bedroom, a pleasant children's dormitory with two bunk beds (sleeps 4) and a small shower room. Le Petit Thiot will be an excellent compromise for those who want to have a little independence during their stay; a family with young children or older people who want to have everything on one level. Guest access All parts of the accommodation are accessible to you; however, please respect our work and take care of the place. Other things to note Guidelines for your arrival at the cottages: > Check-in is from 4pm onwards. Please contact us to let us know the exact check-in time. > Arriving from the D981, you will follow the small road that runs along the ponds and stables on your left in order to arrive at the cottages, still on your left side. We've placed signs so you can find us easily :-). Once you arrive, please park inside the property and not outside, as this is a private space. > The keys to the cottages are in the small boxes for this purpose (we will provide more information as your arrival approaches). > Free access to "Manoir de Thiot" Wi-Fi. Guidelines for your departure from the cottages: > Please remove the sheets and put them at the foot of the beds used, > Empty the fridge, > Turn off all lights, > Close the shutters and lock the doors, > Take out the garbage.
