Cosy Flat in the hart of the city

In the heart of Marseille, 100 meters from the Old Port, this apartment is ideal to make the most of your stay in our city. Everything is nearby or easy to access: Bus at the foot of the building, metro, boats, shops, restaurants, Mucem... Catalan beach at 20 mn walking distance, 1,5km. Perfect for a couple, or 2 friends, one of whom can sleep on the sofa bed. Autonomous entrance in case of late arrival or if I cannot be present. No air conditioning. No lift. No washing machine. The space -The apartment is located on the 2nd floor without lift of an old 18th century building in Marseille. It consists of a living room with dining area, an alcove bedroom (=open to the living room) with a queen size 160cm bed, a bathroom, a kitchen and an independent toilet. Espresso coffee maker, electric coffee maker, teapot, kettle, toaster, tea, coffee... Books, guides of Marseille, practical information and a special notebook with my best addresses or good maps of the city, are at your disposal. I use products that respect the environment and your health for the maintenance of the apartment and the linen (sheets, towels and tea towels provided). 3 paying car parks close to the apartment. -There is no elevator in this building. -No air conditioning in the apartment. It is forbidden on this side of the building. There is 2 fans, one above the bed. -No washing machine. -The apartment overlooks the lively and animated Place aux Huiles, a lot of restaurants, so in the evening in the summer there is a lot of noise! Guest access This apartment is yours for the duration of your stay. Please take care of it. When you leave, please leave the apartment clean. I don't ask you to clean the apartment thoroughly, (I'll take care of that!), but please: air the apartment, empty the garbage, wash the dishes, empty the fridge: no food left over, wipe down the table and the counter, keep the toilet visually clean, in short, the basics! thank you :) Other things to note This apartment is on the 2 floor WITHOUT elevator. NO A.C This apartment is unfortunately not accessible to people with reduced mobility. There is no elevator in this building. There is no air conditioning in the apartment.
