Luxurious, spacious and modern Tall Trees suite

A bright, fresh, quality suite with water glimpses. The contemporary home is a 5 minute walk to beaches, parks and to sunsets. Quality restaurants are close by in the quiet neighbourhood. It is a 10 minute drive to ocean beaches. The guest suite has a new mattress and its own full bathroom. The guest living area is shared with guests from another room (if occupied) and has comfy seating, breakfast foods, tea, coffee, microwave and tv. EV charging is available for a nominal fee. The space The spacious suite has a new queen mattress, an ensuite (with shower and bath) and is modern and private. The shared guest living area is very comfortable with a kettle, fridge, toaster and microwave. It has comfy chairs and a tv with a DVD player. Guest access Guests will access the property through the home's front door, then proceed up a staircase leading to the first floor and the shared guest living space. The hosts are privately on the ground floor. The guest living space has a small, well-stocked fridge, a tv with DVD player and a small dining/working table equipped with self-serve breakfast materials. There is on-street parking. During your stay We respect your privacy but are available for assistance if required. Other things to note There are several quality restaurants within a short walk, and many more within a 10-15 minute drive. Rick Stein, Julio's, The Cheeky Dog, The Point, The Deck, The Boat Shed and the Soldiers Point Bowling Club are within a 10 minute walk, and there is a Thai and a Chinese restaurant about half an hour away on foot.
