You will have my flat to yourself and it comes with a good size bedroom, dressing table, Livingroom with smart TV and fully equipped kitchen. I look forward to meeting you. Please note my flat is on the top floor of an old style tenement building and therefore there is no lift, just access via the stairwell. Other things to note You will be a 30 minute walk into the city centre and on all major bus routes to get you anywhere in Edinburgh or further. Ocean Terminal is a 10 minute walk which is a shopping centre with good food places and a pure gym (if you feel inclined!). Also situated here is The Royal Yacht Britannia which is fascinating and apparently Trip Advisor's no1. UK attraction! The Shore is a 10 minute walk and has plenty of lovely bars and restaurants. Ask me, I know the bars well! Leith Walk is also a 15 minute walk and will get you immersed with the locals. This street has rcently fully opened up after the tram development works finished and there are lovely independent shops, bars and restaurants to enjoy.
