100 meters from the cathedral 45m²
Description
This home-studio in the soul seventies, at the foot of the cathedral, is equipped with everything: WiFi, television, dishwasher and the linen, sheets, linen, accessories for the cooking, the dishes... The accommodation has no air conditioning, but has 2 FANS quite effective. I am ecologically opposed to air conditioning because it is selfish and polluting. The studio is "in its juice", meaning that it has minor flaws. The space The studio of the Golden square is situated at the heart of the historic district of Strasbourg, between the restaurant " Chez Yvonne " and the cathedral. It is close to all the stops of Streetcar, in a pedestrian zone which proposes the bicycle hire (possibility of storing them). It is in ten minutes by Streetcar of the station. Its style is charming and original in a style dating the Renaissance. We reach it by a paved court. Guest access If you feel like walking, it will take you twenty minutes, by passing through the street in front of the main exit of the station, on the other side of the Place of the Station. You go straight on in the street Rue du 22 Novembre , at the end of which you will see a big place to your left-hand: Place Kleber. You follow this place on the right side and find at its corner on the right, Rue des Arcades. You takeit and take the first street on the left, which goes along a bakery Paul. You result then at the Place du Temple Neuf. There, you take the pavement to the right, then the second to the right: the narrow and pedestrian street Rue des Orfèvres. In Rue des Orfèvres, you take the even more narrow street to the left : Rue du Chaudron. At the end of this street, you'll find Rue du Sanglier. You take to the right. You can see in your right hand a big blue door. It is 14 Rue du Sanglier, where I shall wait for you. Not to carry too much (if your luggage are heavy), you can take the STREETCAR (TRAM),which stop you will find in line with the main exit , at your left hand,. The simplest is to go down at the stop Homme de Fer, by using the streetcar A direction Illkirch-Lixenbuhl or streetcar D direction Aristide Briand. Anyway the Station stop is distant from the flat of only two stations. Next to the Homme de Fer place, you will see a big square : Place Kleber. Cross in diagonal there. In the opposite corne of the square, you will take a side street on the left which goes along a bakery Paul. You result then in Place du Temple Neuf. There, you take the pavement to the right, where you'll take the second to the right : the narrow and pedestrian Rue des Orfèvres. Rue des Orfèvres, you take the even narrower street to the left : Rue du Chaudron. At the end of this street, it is Rue du Sanglier, that you will take to the right. You can see at the right a large blue door, it is there, 14 Rue du Sanglier. You ring at the bell "Meublé" Valérie Dubach, I shall be there. Concerning the car park, Strasbourg makes benefit to the tourists and the visitors of a very practical site: (URL HIDDEN) Strasbourg. You will find the various parking lots there, which line the pedestrian district where is situated the accommodation, their price, but also the very invaluable option parking-relay costing unless 5€ / 24h (includingstreetcar tickets), which allow you to park your vehicle at only three stations far from the closest station of the accommodation (Homme de Fer). Other things to note The accommodation is situated in a building with strong stamp, dating the Renaissance. The studio was designed by my brother Damien, architect, in the 80s for a maximum of gain of space. This style answers the building style that holds too surprises and hidden recesses as all the medieval buildings. As the owner does not live in the area, a fixed appointment or an autonomous arrival with a code box are the two arrival solutions. Registration Details 6748200082862
