The space The home is made of up 2 (1br/1ba) apartments, each themed with a classic East TN flair as a nod to the Smoky Mountains (just 45 minutes away). Ideally setup for 1-2 people in town for a quick visit, or longer term stays that are needing work amenities as well as convenience to downtown Knoxville. However, there is an air mattress available for groups of 3-4 if you have additional guests. Note: If bringing a pet, please make sure to read the pet fee information under additional rules.
