PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ACCEPT ONE NIGHT STAYS - MINIMUM STAY IS TWO NIGHTS Our Garden Annexe is in the rear garden of our house 15 mins drive from central Brighton and minutes away from the countryside of the South Downs. Offering comfortable double bed, shower room, and kitchen. We regret we cannot accept check-ins after 9 pm The space The kitchen has sink, fridge, gas oven and hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is a tv and Wi-Fi. The Annexe has its own entrance gate and French doors. There is a good bus service every 10 mins to central Brighton which takes about 25 mins. Free parking on the premises and we also have secure bike storage. Guest access Guests will have their own fenced and screened patio seating area with no access for our small dog, however he may be in our area of the garden at times. Other things to note I provide a small loaf and butter, homemade preserves, eggs and cornflakes. Please let me know if you don’t wish to be provided with any of these breakfast items. Milk, teabags, coffee and filtered water will always be provided. Also oil, salt and pepper.
