Fresh, modern spacious house with private pool

Our villa is located on the outskirts of the small fishing village of Ferragudo in the Algarve. It is a modern townhouse style built in 2006. Private area with plenty of outside space including roof terrace. Sleeps six people in comfort with air conditioning / inverter units in each of the three bedrooms and the main living room. There is one en-suite bathroom and two other toilet and shower rooms. Spacious property is very within walking distance of several lovely sandy beaches. The space The property has it's own private pool, garden and parking. There is a roof terrace with amazing views. We expect families with young children not to allow them to be unattended in and around the pool or on the roof area. A car is recommended for your stay, we hire from the airport at Faro and the drive is just under an hour west of Faro. There are several very nice and highly rated restaurants within short walking distance of the property. A walk into the village of Ferragudo itself would take about twenty five to thirty five minutes. En-route to the village is the beach of Praia Grande, which has some great restaurants also. Guest access The property is exclusively for the guests use. Other things to note Casa Pierre is an approved rental in Portugal and has an Alojamento Local (AL) status. This requires me by law to obtain details on guests which I have to enter into the Portuguese Government border web portal the day of your arrival. I will require from each guest: Full Name, Date of Birth, Place of Birth, Nationality, Place of Residence, Country of Residence, Passport Number or National ID Number and Country ID issued before issuing access details prior to your arrival, as without these details, I will be liable to fines in Portugal. The details you provide me are the same as those required if you were to book into any official rental or hotel in Portugal and will only be used by myself to fulfil the legal requirement that I have to upload these and also pay the Tourist Tax which I pay on your behalf.
