This stunning, spacious property is situated within the grounds of a beautiful, private estate at the end of a long driveway & surrounded by incredible countryside & amazing views. With 4 bedrooms (all ensuite), a fully equipped kitchen, a large, enclosed garden & plenty of parking, it's the perfect place for families or groups of friends. Just a short drive from the vibrant town of Cirencester and within easy reach of plentiful Cotswold attractions. The space The barn has been renovated to a very high standard and sleeps up to 8 guests in 4 luxurious bedrooms (quality Egyptian cotton bed linen) which are all ensuite. It has a stunning large, stone walled reception/dining space with vaulted ceilings, wooden beams and a wonderful open fireplace. There's a separate TV room/snug on a mezzanine level for cosy nights in. The barn is mainly on one level, however the bedroom annex is accessed down a short flight of steps and the mezzanine floor where the TV room/ snug is situated is also at the top of a flight of steps. The fully enclosed private garden overlooks magnificent countryside & is a great space for alfresco dining (BBQ provided) and for children to play safely. Parking is available for up to 6 cars. The Estate prides its self on being Eco-friendly, all heating and hot water is generated via a sustainable wood pellet Bio Mass heating system and the estate produces electricity via a solar system, where possible all cleaning products used within the accommodation are natural Eco-Friendly products. Guest access There are two resident dogs on the estate at the back of where the Cotswold Barn is situated so we ask visitors to please stay to the designated areas (signs are in place for areas not accessible). Visitors' dogs must be kept on a lead at all times please. Please also note that we are in a rural location. Public transport is extremely limited and we are not within walking distance of any amenities. Other things to note We aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible and provide a home away from home. In every property you'll find the following amenities: * A welcome hamper including fresh eggs from our resident girls, homemade jams and locally made biscuits. * Kitchen basics: teabags, coffee pods, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil, cling film, foil, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, dishcloths, scourer, tea towels, bin bags * Iron / ironing board * Bathroom basics: soap, shampoo, shower gel, loo rolls * All bed linens and towels are luxurious 100% Egyptian cotton hotel quality.
