Ty-Fry House is a charming, well-loved family home just outside Cardiff City Centre. Spacious and cosy, it comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests. Enjoy a large lounge with a corner sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area perfect for gatherings. The property offers a private driveway for 2-3 cars plus on-street parking. A Ring doorbell camera provides added security of the driveway. Ideal for families or friends looking for a relaxing stay near the city with easy bus links to the centre. The space Large entrance hall with downstairs toilet. Large lounge with log burner, chairs, corner sofa and smart tv. Large fully equipped kitchen/ diner with kitchen island that sits 2 and a table that sits 8 comfortably. There is access to the garden off the kitchen which has seating. A downstairs bedroom with single bed and a TV. There is a hidden utility area in this space also. This sleeps up to 1 person. There is a lovely hallway with WC. A beautiful staircase leading to a large landing with 3 bedrooms and bathroom. Bedroom 1: Double bed to sleep 2 people. Bedroom 2: Double bed to sleep 2 people. Bedroom 3: king size bed and double sofa bed. Sleeping 4 people in this room. Please request sofa bed at time of booking. (4th bedroom downstairs) Bedroom4: Single bedroom Guest access Lock box. Other things to note Please note: we are currently making some Updates with painting and the outside space’s We have a doorbell camera monitoring our exterior front door and driveway. Parking on the driveway. Fire is decorative Located out of city centre but with good bus links. Ring camera on site for security outside the front only. No events or parties Cleaning Fee Policy We kindly remind all guests that the cleaning fee you pay is designated to prepare the property for your stay. This includes linen hire and adhering to enhanced cleaning protocols to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for every guest. However, paying a cleaning fee does not eliminate the expectation that the property be left in a reasonably tidy condition upon checkout. Guests are required to follow the checkout procedures and maintain the property during their stay. To respect the property and future guests, we ask that you: Wipe down surfaces after cooking. Use the dishwasher for dishes. Dispose of waste in provided black bags. Basic cleaning materials are provided for your convenience to help you maintain cleanliness during your stay. While our properties are professionally cleaned between stays, any additional cleaning required due to neglect may result in extra charges being billed to the guest.
