The space The condominium has a hotel-like ambiance with an amazing view of Taal Lake. Located at the heart of Tagaytay very near the restaurants, Sky Ranch, Casino and many more. A perfect holiday getaway place to experience the relaxing breeze of Tagaytay. The unit is located at SM Wind Residences Tower 3 with the balcony facing Taal Lake. It is fully furnished with a double-decked bed (top-single & bottom-double) and a sofa bed in the living room. The room has kitchen facilities and a 32-inch LCD TV with TV Plus. The unit is also equipped with AC and stand up electric fan but since the unit is on a higher floor a cool breeze is guaranteed. The bathroom has water heater for the shower and towels and toiletries are provided. A complimentary coffee, tea and bottled water are also provided. Guest access The guests will be given a set of unit key by our caretaker upon arrival. The key is to be kept by the guests. Any damaged or lost key will be subject to a fine of P1,000. The guests can access all the amenities in the club house which include an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, play room, badminton court, basketball court, tennis court and kids playground. Take note, however, that guests shall be charged Php150 per person per use of the pool on weekdays and Php300 on weekends and holidays. The other amenities are free of charge during daytime only. A minimal fee will be charged if use at night for the use of electricity. The guests can also access the Sky Lounge located at Tower 3 to have a great view of Taal Lake. Other things to note As courtesy, it'll be a great help to keep our unit clean and orderly at all times. Please be advised that early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and is not guaranteed. Kindly let us know what time to expect so our caretaker will be there to accommodate you. The lobby security only allow unit owners, registered guests and escorted or advised visitors to proceed to the unit. Lobby security are not allowed to receive keys from unit owners nor guests so please inform us at least 4 hours ahead of time if you need to checkout earlier than expected.
