The space The accommodation is located at the departure point of the Bardonecchia ski lifts, in Campo Smith, a 2006 Olympic venue. In the condominium, there are various grocery stores, sports shops for ski and mountain bike rentals, and ski schools. The apartment can be reached from the garage or on foot by crossing the tree-lined internal courtyard. Situated in front of the ski slopes, it offers a view of the mountain that seems to enter through the large windows. The house was expertly renovated at the end of 2021 by a famous wood craftsman who used mountain larch to coordinate all the spaces, divide them, and decorate them, with a decidedly pleasant and cozy result. The 2 bedrooms, one double and one with a bunk bed, seem to be carved out of wood. The living room and kitchen can accommodate the most demanding guest by offering beautiful views and enveloping them with wood paneling in every direction. All the details are researched and designed by a team of Superhosts who are also owners in Bardonecchia. The house overlooks the private, covered patio, which opens onto the large private garden and offers deck chairs, an outdoor dining table, and convenient storage for skis and a couple of bobsleds for children. From the garden, you can climb the main trails that lead from the Bramafam Fort to Pian del Sole, Punta Colomion, Les Arnaud, and Melezet. The entrance to the house is managed with a convenient electronic lock and has no architectural barriers. Inside, the guest will find two sets of keys and the token (remote control) for access to the underground garage. The parking space is private and is located exactly below the accommodation, which is reached by a very convenient elevator, allowing you to unload your luggage without the risk of snow or rain. The elevator takes you to the front of the apartment, which can be identified by the number 2001. In addition to the ski lifts, Campo Smith has two well-known restaurants/bars (Harald's and Smith's) and the adrenaline-pumping Alpine Coaster bobsled track. In summer, the tree adventure park and the free climbing wall are available, as well as the rental of both regular and electric mountain bikes. Guest access The area offers ample parking, but the guest can use the property's covered parking space, located directly below the accommodation. From there, you can go up to the apartment with a convenient elevator that conveniently leaves you at your doorstep, without having to climb any steps. The accommodation is on the ground floor and can also be accessed by wheelchair or stroller. Other things to note The house is precious and must be treated in the best way.
