Self-catering, cosy one double bedroom apartment attached to main house, which will comfortably accommodate two people. A sofa bed in the living room suitable for two children or two adults. A travel cot, highchair & buggy also available on request for a little guest! A small self service breakfast is provided to get you started! Having a car or hired car is recommend. The space Own separate front door for privacy & parking for max two cars, having your own car or a hired car is recommended for getting about. Small entrance hall, one double bedroom with shower en-suit, two full length wardrobes, chest of drawers, bed linen, towels, hangers, hairdryer, Mamas & Papas travel cot, (highchair & buggy available upon request for little guests!) The living room has 2 sofas one being a sofa bed which is suitable for two adults or two children (the shower room & toilet are situated through the main bedroom so possibly only suitable for a family) Fully equipped kitchen, electric oven, microwave oven, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, George Forman grill, fridge/freezer, washing machine, colthes horse, steam iron, ironing board & if required a highchair etc. Open plan living/kitchen & dining area, electric stove fire, TV & Wi-Fi access. Central heating & heaters in living & bedrooms. Small First aid kit, fire extinguisher & fire blanket, fire exit window in bedroom, fire exit signs. Front garden area with washing line, garden bench, table and chairs for alfresco dining when the sun shines! One gents & one ladies set of golf clubs , tennis racquets are available for use upon request. Guest access Front Garden with bench seating, a small fold up table & two chairs are available. Internet access. The apartment is ideally suitable for someone with own transport but car hire or taxi can be arranged. Other things to note A welcome pack is included in your stay of tea, coffee, sugar & fresh milk. We can recommend many good restaurants to suit varying tastes and budgets. HOUSE RULES: ● STRICTLY NO SMOKING, VAPING OR ILLEGAL DRUGS. ● Not suitable for pets ● NO PARTIES or EVENTS ● Check-in after 3.30pm ● Check-out 10am ● If sofa bed is in use as a bed the electric fire must NOT be used ● All kitchen equipment to be washed, dried & put away & property to be left in the condition it was found. ● ELECTRIC USE - general day to day use is covered HOWEVER the charging of ELECTRIC CARS is STRICTLY on REQUEST ONLY & an additional charge WILL be REQUIRED.
