Ideal location for tourists and students of the University and Repin' Academy of Arts A room (28 square meters) in a large three-room apartment in the quiet сity center near the Academy of Arts, the State University, the Menshikov Palace. The historical part of St. Petersburg, 1 stop by metro to Nevsky prospect, metro station is in 6 min by foot. The space A nice clean and cheerful room in a historical 1875 house, which was built for professors of Univercity (University professors still live here) The room is 28 sqm and is good for 1-2-3-4 persons. Guest access There is a double bed (140cm), a sofa-bed 180 sm wide, a large wardrobe, arm-chairs, a desk for work and study with shelves. New bed sheets. Black-out curtains. - Nice view from the window on a quiet 2-3 line of Vasilievsky Island. Pretty quiet, the traffic is not very busy. We will share a kitchen and bathroom. - Other things to note We are fond of music, so we often play harp - but don't worry we don't practice during night time :) For breakfast you are welcome to have a choice of muesly/cereals and fresh milk, bread for tosts, eggs, tea, coffee, brown and white sugar. If I am at home I cook some traditional Russian breakfast. PLEASE DON'T FORGET TO WASH DISHES ! You can use a bicycle. There is a hairdryer, towels, slippers, etc. Please feel free to ask about more details ! Please notice that we have pets (an old German boxer and a cat). All our animals are very friendly and have all neccessary vaccination. I do moist mopping everyday.
