Our apartment can accommodate up to 4 people on 52m². In addition to a full kitchen with seating, the open plan living/dining area also has a desk, wardrobe and sofa with sleeping function. The separate bedroom is equipped with large bed and closet. The bathroom has a very big shower. Facilities also include washing machine, TV, air conditioning, WiFi, parking and a terrace with patio. The space The spacious apartment is quietly located in the basement of a single-family house and with 52m² offers enough space for up to 4 people. As part of a complete renovation, the apartment was completed in July 2018. The interior design, complete furniture and equipment are new and of high quality. There is plenty of parking on the spacious property, as well as on the street in front of it. The apartment is accessible via an independent entrance. In addition to a large living area with sofa bed, TV and open kitchen, there is a separate bedroom, as well as a bathroom with toilet and shower. Our guests also have a big terrace with a south-west facing position at their guests' disposal. Thanks to underfloor heating and air conditioner, the apartment is pleasantly tempered all year round. The full kitchen is generously equipped with induction hob, oven, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge with freezer. Of course, coffee maker, kettle and toaster are also available. The cupboards are stocked with pots, dishes, cutlery and glasses. A small counter with bar stools can accommodate up to 4 people comfortably. In addition to a cloakroom, there's a desk. A Wi-Fi network with 400 Mbps is at your disposal, and you have free of charge. The bedroom is equipped with a bed (180cm x 200cm) and a closet and offers sleeping facilities for 2 people. Bed linen is of course included. The cozy couch in the living room can be transformed into a sofa bed in no time if needed and offers two additional persons a comfortable sleeping option. Amenities include a contemporary 4K TV. Network connection. Here's how Netflix, Amazon Prime, and YouTube are available to you (own account required). The bathroom is equipped with a bottom, 90cm deep and 140cm wide shower. In addition to toilet and ventilation, a washing area made of old wood with natural stone sink and mirror is offered. Guest access Our apartment is an independent residential unit. There are no common areas. In addition to the actual apartment, a spacious terrace with table, chairs and parasol is at your disposal. BBQ is generally possible after consultation. If desired, you are also welcome to use our fireplace in the garden for a cozy campfire. Other things to note We, Katharina and Christian, are a cosmopolitan couple in their mid-thirties with two children and 3 cats. Whether young or old … whether alone, as a couple, as a four-piece, with a child, with a cone… no matter what … Welcome to us all people and cultures from all over the world.
