Our fabulous flat is a an entire private dwelling which is located on the Hoe within a hundred yards of Plymouths glorious seafront. Perfectly located being a short walk to the Barbican or City centre as well as Brittany Ferries Port. The flat offers a private entrance, with a double bedroom and in the living room are two sofas. A modern fully fitted kitchen which includes a washer dryer, granite worktops etc. Free parking and wifi. It also has a charming little patio with table & chairs The space Our Airb&b is a delightful lower ground floor flat within a period Regency house located in Athenaeum Street. Once owned by the celebrated artist Beryl Cook, who was renowned for her colourful depictions of the local nightlife! The flat still retains a wealth of period features and some antique furnishings. You will have your own entrance and the sole use of an enclosed small private patio. The TV has a fire stick which enables Amazon in addition to the standard channels. The kitchen has a double oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer, coffee machine, toaster, micro wave and it is stocked with all the equipment required for your stay. As a bonus you will be left a welcome pack with some arrival essentials, this will include fresh milk, bottle of wine, tea, coffee and the standard condiments. We also supply necessities including dish washer tablets, washing up liquid, soap, washing machine tablets etc. Towels and linen are provided and replenished weekly for stays of over 7 days.
