In the small vacation complex “Am Walde” (consisting of 10 houses and 5 apartments), there is also a dedicated dog play area (with an electric fence 1.25 m high) and, of course, a children’s playground, so that both two- and four-legged friends can have fun and relax. Our “Forest Chalets” have one bedroom with cozy double beds (1.6 x 2.0 m / 5.2 x 6.6 ft) and one bedroom with a double bunk bed. A cozy living room with kitchen and a cute bathroom with shower complete your empire for your vacation. Each house has its own terrace and patio furniture. You can tie your dog on the leash on the terrace. A new air-conditioning system creates a comfortable climate in winter with the heating program or in summer with the cooling program. You can also rent bikes and sup (stand up paddle) from us (subject to availability). Note on billing: - Electricity is billed separately at 40ct/kWh . Please expect €2–4 per day in summer and €12–25 per day in winter (in autumn, the price is somewhere in between, depending on the weather). - Tourist tax only applies to adults according to Terms and conditions of the Ostseecard Kellenhusen (€2–3.50/day) - a dog costs €6/night with us (maximum 2 possible) Our category classification: on our holiday complex there are units with different amenities. We have divided these into the categories retro, comfort and wellness. + Retro: Our houses and apartments basically all come from the 70/80s and are accordingly optically equipped or as you would say..."cozy as with nuts" with corresponding beds, kitchen with dishwasher, steel hobs, separate microwave and refrigerator, filter coffee machine, couch in the living room and armchair with TV and TV bench, bunk bed in the children's bedroom and double bed in the master bedroom A functional bathroom with shower, toilet and sink is of course part of this. Our Danish wooden houses have highly efficient electric heaters and water heater/water heater. + Wald: Some of our bungalows have been given new furnishings, which means that the furniture was replaced in 2023/2024, the wooden floorboards were refurbished, and a new kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, microwave, and convection oven was installed. There is now a great wooden bed with new mattresses in the master bedroom, and in the living room, there is now air conditioning, which provides affordable heating in winter and cooling in summer. + Fireplace: Some of our units have received new amenities, which means that the furniture was replaced around 2020; in some cases, the flooring was replaced with modern, easy-care materials; there is a new kitchen with a ceramic stove top, microwave, convection oven, and Senseo pad coffee machine (optionally with a filter coffee machine, subject to availability); there are box spring beds in the master bedroom; and the Danish wooden bungalows have a wood-burning fireplace for the colder seasons. + Wellness: Some of our units have received wellness features in addition to the "comfort" change. I.e. The Danish wooden bungalows have a private infrared cabin and an outdoor hot tub in the garden and in addition a natural wooden fence. The apartments in this category have a hot tub, a large terrace with lounge furniture and some apartments also have a fence. Other things to note Dogs are welcome with us (max. 2 dogs) . The cost is 6 euros/night per dog and are billed on site. Electricity is billed at 40ct/kWh according to consumption on site. Please expect to pay around 3–6 euros per day in the summer and 6–15 euros per day in the winter (if you use the air conditioning). With the convector heaters, it will be a little more expensive.) The tourist tax is charged in accordance with the conditions of the Baltic Sea resort of Kellenhusen (between €2 and €3.50 per adult per day). Bed linen and towels are NOT included, they can bring them or rent them for a fee. (€12 per person for bed linen and 6€ per person for towels)
