Lakeside Escape, (No Cleaning Fee!)

Renovated 2 bedroom (1 queen +1 bunk bed) walk out basement apartment with private entrance at Nellie Lake. We live upstairs in the main house. Enjoy all the amenities of lakeside living. Take a swim in the refreshing water, fish off the end of the dock, paddle the lake in one of the kayaks or lounge in the sun. Enjoy sunsets and the call of the loons. The space One bedroom has a queen firm gel foam mattress with adjoining bathroom. The second bedroom has bunkbeds with extra long twin foam mattresses. All towels and linens are included. The bathroom has access from bedroom and living room. 5 foot walk in shower. Living room has electric fireplace, double Murphy bed( if this is required for your stay , please let us know in advance),TV, Netflix and Roku. Wifi is included throughout the space. Kitchen has breakfast bar, apartment size fridge, portable two burner induction cooktop, pots ,pans and all cooking utensils. Outside is a sitting area along with a bbq for your private use. Guest access Guests have access to the dock at the water, where you can enjoy swimming, kayaking or just lounging in the sun. Other things to note We are 10 minutes from Iroquois Falls, which has all the amenities of small town living, grocery stores, pharmacies, library, pool complex, bowling alley , and a 9 hole golf course. Our location is only 40 minutes to Cochrane and 50 minutes to Timmins. In the winter we are 10 minutes to the cross country ski trails and minutes to the OFSC trails.
