The space The cozy garden on the Hausberg invites you to linger. The small birdhouse is well visited from time to time and can be easily observed from the terrace. A small romantic wildflower meadow on the slope is suitable for relaxing with many flowers and medicinal herbs. A parking space for 2 cars is available free of charge approx. 20 meters away. The vacation home is centrally located, almost directly next to the cable car to the local mountain and about 100 meters from the market square and the pedestrian zone with many nice shops, restaurants and cafes. A ride up the local mountain with the cable car is always worthwhile, because from there you have a great view over Bad Lauterberg. Of course, you can also walk up and take a break in the restaurant on the Hausberg. Within walking distance you can reach all the shops for your daily needs, two bakers, butchers, several cafés and restaurants are each approx. 100 - 300 meters away. A wave pool with sauna paradise and medical treatments can be found in the Vitamar - approx. 15 minutes' walk - and another swimming pool with saunas and treatments in the Kirchberg spa. A hike or drive to the Wiesenbeker pond is also recommended. Our vacation home welcomes you with bright, modern and cozy rooms. Two bedrooms are each equipped with high-quality box spring double beds (180 x 200) and the top floor has a bedroom with a single box spring bed and another area, with an easily extendable, very cozy double sofa bed with spring mattress (160 x 200) One bedroom is equipped with a 50-inch TV. The high-quality, new kitchen is equipped with everything your heart desires (dishwasher, stove, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee machine and Nespresso machine, whisk, toaster, kettle and washing machine) and also offers a cozy seating counter. The living room has a large dining table with comfortable bench and chairs as well as a 55-inch TV (in case it rains ;-). There are two brand new bathrooms, one on the ground floor with a walk-in shower, towel rail, hotel hairdryer, underfloor heating and toilet. In the new bathroom on the 2nd floor there is a bathtub, toilet, underfloor heating, towel heater, cosmetic mirror and hotel hairdryer. Both bathrooms are very tastefully and modernly tiled. On the 2nd floor there is a cozy reading corner with a small selection of different books, a living room/bedroom with a pull-out double sofa bed, armchairs and stools and another cozy sleeping area with a single box spring bed. All sleeping areas can be fully darkened. A projector and a large screen (2.40 x 1.80) transform the area on the 2nd floor into a small cinema area on request, here you will find various DVDs for young and old.
