Large spaces and brightness at the service of art and the sweetness of life! Our blue room with bathroom/toilet and independent access will accommodate a couple comfortably. The space You will certainly be won over by the atypical character of this old agricultural barn that we have completely redesigned with passion on the principle of the loft. The key word here: light. It is omnipresent because it is necessary for Josée's work as a painter and sculptor. In terms of the house, we practically live in an exhibition gallery, as the works resulting from a lifetime of exchanges, encounters and creations adorn every corner of our little paradise! A large part of the house is converted into a real exhibition gallery dedicated to Josée's latest series of creations: a game combining her iron wire sculptures and her painting work. A good time to come and spend a night! ;) The blue room has a large, very bright bathroom with a bathtub, private toilet, a 160 cm bed and a large window overlooking the pond. It is furnished by years of bargain hunting and decorated with as many works as the rest of the house! Linens will be provided as well as some hygiene products. The surrounding land is pleasantly wooded and you will be spoilt for choice between the gazebo in the shade of the magnolia, sunbathing next to the fish pond or the privacy of the pond to have breakfast! Guest access Guests will be greeted in the large living room. This is where the kitchen, dining and lounge areas are located, where we will share a coffee or tea. The bedroom, which is located on the ground floor, at the back of the house, also has a vestibule for access to the outside or to the large living room. You will be able to enjoy the pond in privacy. During your stay We will be present during your stay. We will gladly share some moments of conviviality upon arrival and during meals if you decide to take them with us. Alain, a well of culture and a son of the country, will be able to guide you to the natural, architectural or cultural wonders that this corner of the Tarn has to offer. His long past, rich in artistic, cultural and human experiences and activities, will feed your curiosity with many (website hidden), or long stories. Just plug it in ;) In addition, you may be interested in a visit to Josée's workshop and her great habit of talking about sculpture techniques, since she has been leading sculpture courses here for years.
