The apartment is in the center of the village, within 100 meters from bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. 5 minutes from Alpin Express ski lift. Recently refurbished and furnished to the high standard. The space The apartment is about 120 sqm with three balconies with south facing living room offering splendid views of Saas Fee mountains. The main balcony, south facing, is in front of the living room and kitchen with chairs and coffee tables which is ideal for enjoying summer and winter sun. The fire place is centrally positioned between living, dining room and kitchen. All bathrooms were recently replaced with the quality fittings such as Villroy & Boch and Grohe. Guest access All the space is accessible including the common ski room on the ground floor. Other things to note Tourist tax is included in the booking price but Saastal cards cost CHF3.80 per person per day if required. All general waste must be in orange bins which can be purchased in the local super market and can be disposed of at the local rubbish hut just after the bridge towards Alpin Express lift.
