The accommodation is right in the heart of Cuba Mall. Walk to the harbour, Te Papa Museum or a nice hike up Mt Victoria for your morning excersise. The living area includes a work bench and very cosy lounge. The space You will be staying on the first floor of the Left Bank Arcade. Note this is Wellington central, so general city noises that come with these locations exist. However the bedroom is well insulated & has a brand new super comfy bed that assures you will get a good nights sleep. Guest of this stylish apartment will be utilising this handy location to the best shops Cafes, Bars & Restaurants that Wellington has to offer. Guest access Key lock box by front door. One easy stairway to level 1 or take the elevator under the stairs. Other things to note I have a carpark in a parking building next door. Height restriction is 2 metres. Message me for directions. Parking is free on the street after 6pm to 7am. If you need a bed for a 3rd person the lounge is suitable and we have extra bedding for the couch, note it is inner city and the lounge is not sound proofed like the bedroom from the city.
