Historical individual chalet full of charm built with the wood of the old beehive of St-Luc and able to accommodate 4 adults and 2 children maximum. Very well located at the bottom of the old village of St-Luc, close to the shuttle bus stop, all amenities are accessible on foot in a few minutes, while being quiet and in the middle of nature. Very nice panoramic view on the Val d'Anniviers. Guest access Ground floor: Entrance hall, dining room, living room, separate kitchen equipped with dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and separate toilet. First floor: 3 bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 1 with two single beds and 1 with two bunk beds for children). Bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and WC. Fiber optic - Wifi 2 TV with cable TV, DVD player. Outside facilities : 3 terraces - East / South / West - with garden furniture and BBQ to enjoy the sun all day long. The chimney does not comply with standards and must not be used. Other things to note Linen is not included in the service. We provide, if desired, linen packages including bed linen, bath towels, bath mat and kitchen linen for CHF45.00/person.
