House for 5 people, ideal for families, near Epoisses

Charming house renovated and carefully decorated in 2018 (classified 3 stars in the category of tourist accommodation) located in a quiet and bucolic location. Ideally located (3 km from Epoisses) from cultural, historical and heritage sites (Epoisses, Semur en Auxois, Flavigny sur Ozerain, Alesia, Fontenay Abbey, Vézelay, the Burgundy Canal...). Lots of activities in the surroundings. The space You will find shops such as supermarket, bakery, pharmacy 3 km away. If you are looking for tranquility with all the comforts you need, our 71 m2 house, located on a quiet street with very little traffic, is for you. Renovated in 2018 and furnished with new quality furniture, it consists of a ground floor with a living room with corner sofa, a dining room, an equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, Nespresso, kettle, toaster, etc.), a bathroom with washing machine. Separate toilet. Upstairs, you will enjoy the comfort of a large master bedroom with a 140 cm bed, carefully decorated with a wardrobe/shelves and a bedroom with 3 single beds (a bunk bed and a single bed that can be converted into a double bed), separate toilet. Guests can take advantage of the 25 m² terrace which has a wooden garden table and barbecue as well as access to the shared garden with a playground for children, basketball hoop, 8 m x 4 m above-ground swimming pool (only in summer: July and August)... Private enclosed parking. We have the complete equipment to accommodate babies (bed, deckchair, highchair, bathtub...) as well as board games, books, DVDs for young and old. We provide bed linen (beds are made on arrival), towels, linens (tea towels): you just have to think about your suitcase, we take care of the rest. Wi-Fi connection (fiber optic) is included. The cleaning fee is used to provide you with impeccable accommodation, as well as washing and ironing linen. The mattress covers and pillow protectors are changed between each tenant. NB: the gîte has a maximum capacity of 5 people: no additional person can be accepted. Guest access The garden and pool are shared with our home, but we make sure to leave vacationers alone when they enjoy the outdoors. However, it is not possible, for safety (insurance) and etiquette reasons, to invite people who are not included in the rental contract, in particular to swim. Other things to note A deposit of 500 euros (check or cash) will be required upon arrival.
