This ancient Art Nouveau villa offers a stay in total tranquility, for those looking for an authentic and relaxing experience immersed in Tuscan beauty and tradition. Furnished in keeping with its original style, each room is spacious and flooded with color and light. Very close to the historic center of San Gimignano, it can be reached on foot with a short walk. It offers a nice breakfast buffet, garden with swimming pool, a reserved parking lot, electric car charging. The space The villa has only 6 rooms, guaranteeing a stay in total tranquility. Each room is spacious and carefully furnished, respecting the original appearance of the house, with colors that recall nature. Bed linen and towels are provided with a change every 4 days. Every morning, in the splendid ancient room, an excellent breakfast is served with a selection of typical local products. It is surrounded by a beautiful flower garden with an equipped swimming pool and many relaxing corners. At the entrance, there is a private parking lot reserved for guests, with charging for electric cars, for a fee. On the first floor of the villa there is a small shared kitchen, fully equipped with dishes, refrigerator, table and chairs, ideal for simple preparations. Useful for simple needs, to keep your drinks cool, or to prepare a tea. And why not, enjoy a snack on the equipped balcony. Located a short distance from San Gimignano, the historic center is easily accessible by a walk. The city, part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a hub of art, culture, and breathtaking views among the Tuscan hills, with a gastronomy rich in flavors and tradition. Guest access When you arrive, you will have the keys to your room with two other keys, the access key to the property gate and the access key to the villa. Always carry them with you, you will need them to enter and exit comfortably, at your leisure, at any time and at any moment. You may find the gate closed, especially at night, for security reasons. During your stay We live in the apartment behind the villa, so we will generally be present. When we can't be there, you can write to us through Airbnb or, better yet, use the mobile phone numbers provided. In addition, if we are unable to welcome those arriving, we provide instructions for self-check-in, using a keypad with a code. We'll have a chance to meet later. Don't hesitate to ask for information about the area, places to visit, dining experiences, and much more to do in the area. We can tell you about everything. Other things to note The accommodation tax is not included in the amount paid for the accommodation. It applies all year round. The tax is €2.50 per person per day, for a maximum of 5 days. Children under the age of 14 are exempt. Small pets are allowed with a supplement of €5.00 per day. Bath and bed linen is provided, with a change scheduled every 4 days of your stay. Extra changes are possible upon request with a supplement of: bathroom, set for 2 people €8.00 – room, double room set €12.00. Pool towels are available upon request. Rate €3.00 per towel and/or towel change requested.
