A modern, new loft-style apartment near the resort area. If you have a business, romantic trip or just a family vacation in the Caucasian Mineral Waters, then you are welcome! The space The apartment is located in the CITY CENTER! Close to the bus station, amusement park, lake, mini zoo. Shops, cafes, gas station are within a walking distance, if you are driving. And even if you don't have a car, there is a car rental nearby! And not far away is the resort area, where you can walk on Mount Mashuk and drink healing water. There is also a fitness club nearby. You will be satisfied with the location of the apartment! Guest access The whole apartment is at your disposal! Large bedroom-living room, divided by a rack, with one double bed (orthopedic mattress) and a sofa bed. Air conditioning. Large kitchen with microwave, stove, oven, fridge, oil, tea, sugar, spices and some goodies. In the bathroom: washing machine, hair dryer, shampoo, soap, toilet paper. Other things to note I will try to receive you from 8.00 to 20.00. Unfortunately, I will not be able to meet you for earlier and later arrivals. There is no contactless check-in.
