Cozy room, access to a large kitchen, countryside

Far from everything, but close to Wrocław (20 km to the center) and 3km from “life” (town of Oborniki Śl.) there are apartments "W20". A freshly finished space, tidy rooms, shared nice bathrooms, and a cozy large kitchen-dining room. There's fast wifi, and you can finish up here; but there are other amenities, the basic ones, and more, because why someone needs an ironing board and an iron, unless you want to make a toast. Come on in. The space You can rent a room (photo in the gallery). The room has basic things like beds and cabinets, tables, chairs/stools, garbage can, bedside lamps. Fresh linens and towels are provided on the beds. Beds: The room has 2 hostel foam couches. They have a usable size of 80x195 cm. Outside of your room, you share space with guests from 3 other rooms. You share 2 nice bathrooms with showers and a large kitchen-dining room. You can use WiFi, a refrigerator, a stove, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, an iron, a TV in the kitchen, dishes, pans, pots, salt, pepper, etc.). You can find a list of current kitchen utensils in one of the photos of the property. In the building, guests take off their shoes in a designated space on the stairwell - in front of the entrance to the floor. Let's take care of the natural environment. In Poland, there is a legal requirement for garbage segregation. If you do not comply with the segregation requirements, the Municipality may impose a fine. Segregation is valid for: Paper and only paper (blue color / Plastic with foils and metals (yellow) / Glass (green) / Mixed (organic and other - black under the sink). If you overflow your Mixed trash, you can dispose of it in a collective green bucket outside the building. NOTE: Only paper is discarded in the Paper Containers. Cartons of juices, milk, foil packaging of chips, etc. are discarded into “Metallic plastics - yellow color). Buckets with colors for segregation are located in the kitchen and in the hallway. In front of the building there is a parking space in the driveway. If there is no space in front of the building in the driveway, you can park for free on the street - in such a way as not to block other cars and allow cars to pass along the street. You can walk or cycle around the nearest area. Other places - preferably by car. TRAINS: The nearest railway station with a connection to Wrocław is in Pęgowo: 2.9 km from Hostel W20. The best railway station (more trains, from 20 to 30 minutes to the center of Wrocław) is in Oborniki Śląskie - 4.3 km. The nearest town with markets and restaurants, etc. is Oborniki Śląskie (4 km). There are beautiful forests nearby (1.5 km - Wilczyn Leśny). New outdoor swimming pool/aquapark for families (4.5 km - Oborniki Śląskie). And a beautiful swimming area with the "Kopalnia" beach (9 km). 200 m from the Hostel there is a grocery store (usually open until 8 p.m.). Markets are located 3 km to the north (in Oborniki Śląskie). In Poland, most grocery stores are closed on Sundays - but fortunately in this area both the local store (200 m) should be open and some of the nearest markets - opening hours may be shorter than on working days. Other things to note In Poland, there is a legal requirement for waste segregation. In the event of non-compliance with the segregation requirements, the Municipality may impose a fine.
