Vintage room with private bathroom at Villa Atris

Villa Atris is a detached house on two floors with 4 bedrooms, a large kitchen, a large room with a fireplace with a dining area and a living room. The Vintage room has a private bathroom located in front of the room. You can use the shared kitchen. There is a spacious and safe garden, a relaxation area equipped with a hammock and sun loungers, the possibility of eating outdoors, fruit trees, and a small vegetable garden. It is 3 km from the highway exit, 13 km from Levanto, and 18 km from Monterosso. The space The vintage room is one of the 3 rooms made available by Villa Atris. It is located on the ground floor and has a bathroom in front of the room but reserved. The other two rooms are on the upper floor, accessible by an internal staircase, and the second bathroom is also located there. Each room has a double bed, bedside tables, a wardrobe, a clothes rack, a small desk, and an armchair. Sheets and towels are provided. Access to the house is shared, as are the indoor and outdoor common areas. Villa Atris is strategically located between Liguria and Tuscany, between the hinterland and the sea. The closest destination to visit is the Cinque Terre, but if you are interested in a holiday that combines a beach holiday with the knowledge of beautiful places in Italy, you can easily reach places such as Bonassola, Lerici, Porto Venere and Versilia to stay on the sea (maximum half an hour or 40 minutes by car with accessible and comfortable communication roads) or villages in the Ligurian hinterland of Val di Vara or Lunigiana or fascinating cities such as Sarzana, Pisa, Lucca. Guest access If you want to stop, the common areas on the ground floor and the large outdoor space allow moments of tranquility even in the presence of the hosts or other guests. During your stay We are at Villa Atris whenever work allows us, and when we are present we will personally take care of the reception. In our absence, one of our collaborators will welcome you for check-in, but we will maintain direct contact with guests remotely, even during their stay, to solve problems or for travel advice and suggestions. Other things to note At Villa Atris you can rent one or more rooms; in the first case you could meet other people with whom you will share the use of the kitchen and common areas both inside and outside.
