The space Renting two Bedroom is worth for you to enjoy the exclusive using TV Cable, cute sized refrigerator, electronic stove, air-conditioner, twobedroom with one extra bed,two extra mattress and picnic table with 2 chairs at porch to walk to near beach in the city. Renting one bedroom with beach and swimming pool lap and amenities for good two days or more than 6 months. Guests can access to beach with man-made wave experiences, swimming pool lap, movie room, spa (separate charges), roof deck viewing, basketball court, volleyball court and beach bar and function (separate charged) Guest access Guests will be able to access Azure's amazing resort-style amenities master-planned by Broadway Malyan which include: - Man-made beach - 60m wave-pool with water fall - 25m lap pool - Pool-side bar - Beach volleyball area - Basketball court - Open park Other things to note * NO hosting of parties inside the unit (we don't want to disturb and receive complaints from other unit owners). If you really wish to host party, this can be arranged at the Paris Beach Club function room or pool side bar or rooftop (Azure management will charge certain fee). * Please do not smoke inside the unit. Smoking at balcony area only. Please properly dispose of cigarette butts and do not indiscriminately throw this outside. * Early check-in and late check-out will be entertained based on availability. * Greatly appreciate if you turn off the air conditioning units, lights and other electrical appliances when not in use (electricity is very expensive in Manila!). Please help me maintain a low rental fee for everyone.
