Hawks Nest is one of the gateways to the magnificent Myall Lakes National Park, a network of lakes, rivers and channels that’s approximately 2.30hrs drive north of Sydney. The stunning waterways around Hawks Nest are superb for recreational fishing, boating and swimming plus you are only a 1hr drive to the Hunter Valley Vineyards! What are the Bedroom Configurations? • Master Bedroom - King Bed • 2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed • 3rd Bedroom - Queen Bed • 4th Bedroom - King Single Beds • Sleeping Total of 8 people (6 adults maximum) 2. What are the Bathroom Configurations? • Ensuite in Master Bedroom • Large 2nd Bathroom with Shower & Bath and Wheelchair Access 3. Do I need to bring Linen for the Beds and Towels for Shower? • The Linen is provided on all beds unless you have asked to bring your own • Please bring your own bath towels and beach towels 4. Can I bring My Pet/s to the House for a Holiday? • The Hawks Nest Beach House is Pet Friendly. We love our furry friends but we do need to know the type of Pet and how many you intend to bring for approval • Any damage to the property caused by the Pet will be the dog owners responsibility 5. What else does the House have to Offer? • Air Conditioning and Central Heating • No Smoking is Permitted in the House or on the Property. If you are a smoker, we ask that you have a smoke well away from the house please. • Fans in every bedroom including living • Polished Concrete Floors throughout • Large Granite bench top in Kitchen • TV in Living Room and Master • Large Dinning Table • Induction Cook top in the Kitchen • All cutlery/plates/glasses provided • Basic Condiments like Salt, Pepper, Tea Bags are provided • Washing Machine and Drying facilities in the Garage • The Boat in the Garage is NOT for use by Guests • Parking on Driveway for 3 cars plus additional parking in the street • BBQ on Outside Deck • Ping Pong Table and Dart Board • Secure Fencing for Children and Pets NBN internet is now connected to the house and the coverage is good. 6. Things to do in Hawks Nest • Swim at the local beaches and rivers • Boating, Kayaking and fishing in the rivers • Golf at Hawks Nest Golf Club • Drive to the Hunter Valley Vineyards an hour away • Catch the Ferry to Port Stephens for lunch or dinner • Dine at some of the local restaurants in Tea Gardens and Hawks Nest • Bush Walk in some of the National Parks • Or Relax and do Nothing and Re-Charge the Batteries Other things to note We have had some issues in the past with guests making noise late at night which has been disturbing to the neighbourhood with neighbours complaining to us. If this issue could be a concern with you booking then we suggest you might look to stay in another location. Our preference is families to ensure a good relationship with our neighbours.
