Rural location with two beautiful guest rooms

Large double room with ensuite overlooking the garden on the ground floor of a grade 2 listed property. This is a converted barn in an idyllic private rural location. There is also a small single bedroom available and private access to a shower room across the hall for a small supplementary charge (pricing per room not per person). On the first floor is the living space and kitchen. Parking for one car. The space This is a barn conversion dating back to 1700's within part of a private historic estate. There is no access to roam the rest of the estate but you will benefit for the quiet peaceful rural location. Guest access use of lounge and kitchen facilities. There is a private courtyard accessed from the kitchen with an outside sofa. You are welcome to use this space (it is a sun trap during the day). The front garden is communal so only have access to my section (as per photo and in line with the house). During your stay I will be available to meet all guests on arrival so please advise of approx. arrival time. This is my home and therefore there are personal effects but also designated storage spaces for guests. I live on the top floor of the property, the listing price is for 2 bedrooms and shared space access. There is an additional double bedroom which can be booked on request. Other things to note This is a lovely peaceful location
