The space Petite one-bedroom house, set in medieval Birgu, in the heart of its 'Collacchio' - the Knights' neighborhood, renovated in 2015 Located in one of the most idyllic pedestrian streets of this medieval and historic town, this holiday home offers the blissful respite of village life, while being only a few metres away from a number of wine bars, restaurants, a yacht marina and even a casino. A bus terminus and ferry to Valletta are also a 12-minute walk away. The understated interior was designed and finished by the owner-architect - with particular detailing in the kitchen and bathroom areas - together with an interesting mix of retro and vintage furnishings. Accommodation includes sitting area, kitchen and bathroom on ground floor; and bedroom on first floor. The bedroom and living room are fully air-conditioned, while the bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating. Malta can get quite chilly in the winter months! We can arrange airport pick-up up on request. Guest access The street is fully pedestrian & paved with 500 year old hardstone, so apart from the balcony guests often take chairs to sit outside like most of the locals do in the summer months.
