Budget/Basic bedroom with castle view

Budget and basic room ideal for visiting Edinburgh as it is only a short bus ride from city center. Free street parking and easy access from and to the airport. An excellent base for exploring this beautiful city The space Cosy, basic double room equipped with a double bed to accommodate up to 2 people. Mini fridge and kettle available. Tea and coffee provided. ONLY PRIVATE ROOM and SHARED Bathroom are available. Access to all other areas of the flat is NOT allowed Guest access Guests have access to their PRIVATE room and to the SHARED bathroom equipped with a shower over bath. The bathroom will be shared with other guests and/or me. Towels and basic toiletries as toilet paper and shower gel provided. Other areas of the house are private and not accessible Breakfast NOT included. However there isetc a fridge as well as tea and coffee facilities in your bedroom equipped with a kettle, caps, tea, milk, etc... During your stay When I am around I will be more then happy to interact with guests and provide advice and tips about things to do in Edinburgh. This is not a hotel but simply a room in my own flat. Although I always try my best to accommodate everyone needs I don't have full time staff like receptionists a cleaning team. Please note that all bed lines and towels are washed in my own washing machine using normal commercial soap and fabric conditioner. I understand that some of these products may smell unpleasant to sensitive and fussy noses however all I can say and guarantee is that linens are always washed and replaced at any change of guests
