The approx. 45 m² are spread over 2 floors, with the sleeping area with double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) located in the upper area and the living area with bathroom, open kitchen, dining table and a sofa bed on the first floor. In the adjacent garden, seating is available to relax and, upon request, it is possible to barbecue. Other things to note The sleeping area on the upper floor is located under the sloping roof and has a ridge height of 1.78 m.
