The space Our flat is in a quiet tree lined street and It is adjacent to a park which offers a pleasant walk or green space for a picnic. As it is on the ground floor with no steps it is very accessible with only one other apartment on the same level. There is superfast WIFI available throughout the flat and we are fully compliant with the new Scottish Government regulations regarding holiday lets in Edinburgh. A direct tram link from the airport and buses to all parts of the city are just a few steps away and a 15 minute stroll takes you to the new St James shopping centre and Princes Street. Guest access The sitting room has electric blinds, 2 wall mounted USB chargers, 2 sofas and a dining table and chairs. The kitchen has a washing machine and dishwasher. The good sized bedroom has fitted wardrobes, and another USB wall mounted charger. The newly fitted bathroom has a full sized bath, overhead shower and a colour changing wall mounted de-mister cabinet. Other things to note The accommodation is for 2 guests in one double bed. Please no subletting or additional guests. In the likely event that other acquaintances might want to visit during your stay please could you discuss this with us prior to your arrival. The apartment is in a residential quiet street so please have consideration for other residents. No parties or unsocial behaviour please. Strictly no smoking or vaping in the flat. An area just a step away to the outside entrance can be used. The flat is fully compliant with the Scottish Government new fire alarm regulations. The blinds in the sitting are electrically operated with a hand held control and the bathroom cabinet has an automatic hand sensitive operated de - mister option which can change colour using a remote if desired.
