Large farmhouse with pool in the Perche

Percheron farmhouse located in the middle of the Réno-Valdieu forest, in the heart of the Perche Regional Park. Large two-story house with 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, two with bathtubs, as well as 4 separate toilets. It also includes two living rooms and a kitchen/dining room with a large table that can accommodate up to 14 people. The house is surrounded by a 3-hectare fenced park allowing the presence of cows around the garden. The space With 2 two living rooms, 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the house is ideal for family stays to enjoy the countryside and the pool in summer. Guest access The number of rooms available will depend on the number of guests present during the stays. Guests have access to the outdoor heated pool. Other things to note Regarding the pool, it is open between mid-April-early May (depending on the year) until All Saints' Day. The house also includes a ping-pong table and a plancha that we leave at your disposal. For linens, we provide sheets as well as bath towels but we kindly ask that you bring your towels for the pool DEPARTURE & ARRIVAL INFORMATION. For a checkout on a Friday: guests must leave the listing before 12:00 p.m. For a Sunday check-in: guests will be able to check in from 6:00 p.m. PRICE VARIATIONS The house can accommodate up to 14 people, the price adapts according to the number of guests in order to find the right price for any type of group. To avoid abuse by guests, the number of rooms available will vary depending on the number of guests.
