Private wing to yourselves within a beautiful Cotswold farmhouse in the peaceful village of Frampton Mansell, with a spacious bedroom, cosy sitting room, & private ensuite bathroom. A generous, locally sourced breakfast is included, served in your own sitting room. This exclusive and comfortable bed & breakfast is set in peaceful rural surroundings with beautiful gardens, and easy access to the Cotswold market towns of Cirencester, Stroud, and Tetbury. An ideal base for exploring the Cotswolds. The space Guests have their own private wing, with a bedroom and sitting room. Naturally lit and spacious bedroom with super- kingsized bed, ensuite bathroom and views across the garden and Cotswold valley. The sitting room has a fireplace, comfortable sofas, a large plasma TV with Sky, and tea/coffee making facilities. Doors open onto French style courtyard, and the garden. Breakfast are delicious and where possible local produce is used (including our own Burford Brown eggs). Please ensure that you notify us of any allergies or food preferences in advance. Guest access * Sitting room and bedroom are self-contained. * You are able to share the use of our boot room (washing machine available but charges apply). * Breakfast is served in the sitting room. * Parking is available at the house. * You will share the drive and garden with our family, dogs and chickens. * Tennis court available by arrangement. During your stay We will be on hand to help you with any aspects of your stay. We can advise on local restaurants, local attractions and wonderful walks from the house to explore the Cotswolds. Other things to note Please take extreme care in the drive as we have a very small dog!
