20 minutes by transport from Paris, 30 minutes from Chatelet. Located 8 minutes' walk from the RER B Palaiseau and the city center, this 70 m2 apartment located on the raised ground floor in a quiet residence offers all the amenities to spend a stay with the host... without the host! I give you my apartment when I am away, you can make yourself at home as long as you respect the place ;-) The space The accommodation has WIFI. The apartment has a large double living room with lounge (double sofa bed) and dining room. TV and PS4 are at your disposal. Equipped kitchen (fridge and freezer, two ovens, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, induction stove, food processor) Shower room with washing machine and dryer (clothes drying rack also available if you prefer). Separate WC. One bedroom with double bed and dressing room. A desk (pro computer not usable but screen, keyboard etc available) in which there is a sofa bed that can be used as a bed (with mattress topper for more comfort). Sheets, towels, shower gel etc provided. I do not charge a cleaning fee, thank you in exchange for making the accommodation clean ;-) Guest access Entire place Other things to note Parties are forbidden, only people who have booked can enjoy the apartment (the neighbors are watching ;-) ) Non-smoking apartment (ok on balcony)
