No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time (unless discussed/approved and additional fees paid in advance). Additional security deposit required for every booking per House Rules; booking implies agreement to pay deposit and honor rules. Unpaid deposit means no entry. No cats (allergies). Dogs must be discussed/approved and paid in advance. The cottage is set up for 4 people (including children) and one infant in crib. No parties or events permitted on site. No smoking inside the cottage or on the property. If you are traveling with your dog, there is a $30/night fee per pet which must be paid prior to check-in. So we may continue welcoming pets, there are PET RULES: Dogs must be leashed at all times when off the property. If your dog is likely to run off and leave the property, your dog must be leashed on the property. Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of in the lined trash bin inside the garage. There will be a $200 fee via the Airbnb platform should a yard cleanup be required after your stay due to pet waste left behind.
