Our family has owned the upper property for over 20 years and we think it is a wonderful place for short visits or longer holidays - we love it. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and all bedrooms have en-suite bathroom or shower room. There is private parking with space for one car and a sunny garden with games shed including pool table, darts and poker table. The City-centre is a 10 min walk. The lower property is privately owned and is in no way associated with this apartment. The space The property is a first floor apartment which is accessed via it's own private entrance. It's a really social space with plenty room to relax, cook and enjoy a meal. The outdoor space contains a garage which has been temporarily turned into a games shed before we carry out a permanent redevelopment of the space. The apartment is part of a quiet, residential development therefore please be respectful of the neighbours whilst using all areas of the property. Guest access Private parking available for one vehicle, please keep to the left hand side of the drive. Additional parking is available in the car park on the opposite side of the road but is pay and display. Free parking is available on nearby side streets. Please ensure enough space is available for the neighbours’ vehicle and also enough space to the side of the property to access/take out bins.
