A room in modern house with many balconies, garden space, 2 car garage and outdoor dogs and cats, has extra rooms with attached sunny bathrooms. Shared kitchen with own fridge and dining/living area. Solar hot water and whole house WiFi, a male housekeeper for errands or help with getting around, only a minute walk to Keells Super and many small shops and local take away food. Bus line, 150 & 152, short ride to Water's Edge, Rajagiriya, Battaramulla, KIU, Malabe and Athulgiriya Highway entrance. The space We have 2 comfortable extra bedrooms with attached bathrooms. One with jaccuzi and non AC and other with AC and private backyard. Our house is located about 3 km towards Kaduwela from Rajagiriya town. Host family has dogs and cats but they stay outdoors. Guest access Living/sitting area, garden Use of guest fridge and fully equipped kitchen and washing machine During your stay Will be glad to help in any ways if needed Meals will be arranged for cost or can be purchased from nearby, should be paid directly to housekeeper. Tea /boiled water is always available in modern kitchen/dining area. Other things to note Left luggage service while touring Island Host travels often between USA home and here but there is a reliable permanent resident housekeeper We expect guests to use their common sense while staying with us.
