Accommodation 200 m from Lake Geneva

Bedroom of 12 m2 and private bathroom, both being separated from the rest of the apartment. The window is equipped with curtains and blinds. There is Wi-Fi and a multi-language flat-screen TV. Small fridge, microwave, pressure coffee maker, kettle and some dishes are available to have breakfast and mini-meals independently. There is no access to the kitchen and the apartment is non-smoking. An adorable but discreet cat lives in the apartment. The space The apartment is located on the 3rd and top floor of a small building overlooking Lake Geneva (200 m) and the Alps. The rented room overlooks trees and faces the Jura. The building has an elevator. Guest access Parking: It takes 5 minutes to walk to park the car in one of the parking lots near the accommodation Public transport: Etoy train station is a 5-7 minute walk away, where a local train will take you either to Lausanne (20 minutes) or to Allaman, where you will have a connection to Geneva (entire journey 50 to 60 minutes). There are also buses that run through the area. During your stay Being retired, I am available for any information you may need. I also provide maps of the area and information about events etc. Please let me know if anyone visits you. Other things to note READ CAREFULLY! THE ACCOMMODATION TAX OF CHF 3.00 PER DAY AND PER PERSON is to be paid upon arrival, and I will need a copy of your identity documents in order to send them to the Tax Collection Office, Cossonay, Aubonne, Morges regions. Languages spoken: French, English, German, Italian and Spanish. As a welcome gesture, you will find in the room enough to make a first breakfast and a bottle of water.
